Shorts! You need skin contact to stick to the pole, so wearing shorts is a must. Also wear a tank top so your arms can have direct contact with the pole.

We dance in bare feet at Aerial Dance for all Beginner Pole, no heels or socks. If you have sensitive feet you can bring clean tennis shoes and wear them for class.

As always, please come without jewelry on, avoid zippers and rhinestones on clothing, and don't forget your water bottle!
