Our Pole Membership is just that, it gives you access to Leveled, Sequential Pole Exercise Classes. Everyone starts in Beginner Pole for 8 weeks so this article will cover the Beginner Pole Membership specifically.
At registration you will choose "Beginner Pole Membership" to sign up for an 8-week Beginner Pole Course. This membership costs $170 and includes the following:
When you sign up you will be put in the class you chose on the same day at the same time for the full 8-weeks; if you ever need to move a class to a different day and time you can, simply cancel the class on the app and reschedule. You have the 8-weeks during the pole term to use all 8 Pole classes.
After you attend your first Pole class you will then gain access to 8 practices to schedule during the 8-weeks. Practices can be taken during any other Beginner Pole Class time that has an opening, which allows you to follow along with another class and review the same material with an Instructor. Or you can sign up for "Pole Practice" which are scheduled every week at variable times and are more of an independent practice, but don't worry, an Instructor is there to answer questions and you'll have your videos from each week to help.
After each class you attend you will be sent an email reminding you what was covered and access to videos in your video library. Using your Aerial Dance App you can log in and watch reviews of what was covered in class that week to help you remember.
At your first class you will be given a "card" that outlines the entire Beginner Pole program and you will use it to track your progress.
As a welcome gift from Aerial Dance, you will also be able to register for ONE FREE Aerial, Dance, Flexibility or Fitness class. There are a TON to choose from, so during your studio tour the Instructor will explain more about this.
