What Do I Wear for Fitness, Flexibility and Dance classes?

These classes can vary greatly from class-to-class, so it is best to bring leggings and shorts to have options for the class and for your comfort. Please refrain from wearing jewelry and clothing with zippers, rhinestones, or anything sharp that may damage an apparatus.

All classes are taught barefoot, but clean sneakers are an option for Dance Cardio. In Pole Flow and Pole Strong students have the option of bringing Pleaser-style heels to their workout.

For Pole Flow and Floor Flow, it is highly suggested to wear knee pads. Knee pads are also available to rent at each studio for $5.

Bring or wear layers, especially for flexibility classes, to keep your muscles warm.
