How Do Practices Work?
Edited

There are a few ways you can practice at Aerial Dance!

Pole Members:
With your membership, you get practices on your account. You can use these practices to sign up for an additional class at your level or any level below. This is a great way to attend another class for review and conditioning all with the guidance of an instructor!

You can also use your practices during a "Pole Practice" or "Pole/Aerial Practice. These are "open gym" times that are self-lead, so you can work on anything you've been taught during class. There is an instructor on site for spotting and questions, but new material is not taught during this time.

Not sure what to practice? Use your Video Library on the Aerial Dance App!

Fitness Members:
You can use your class credits to attend "Aerial Practice" or "Pole/Aerial Practice" to practice any moves or sequences on an Aerial apparatus. These are "open gym" times that are self-lead, so you can work on anything you've been taught during class. There is an instructor on site for spotting and questions, but new material is not taught during this time.

Elite Members:
The information above applies to you, too, but you have unlimited practices!

Along with "Pole Practice," "Aerial Practice," and "Pole/Aerial Practice" you have the opportunity to sign up for "Open Studio," which is a time when a manager is on site for you to use the studio, but are actively work so they are not available for spotting. You also get one free studio rental per month to use for practices. This is a great time to not only practice, but record yourself doing tricks since the studio is fairly empty!
