How Do I Get a Receipt of My Payments?

To download a PDF receipt, you must log in through our online client website.
Click here to sign into the online client website!
At the top of the page, click on the 3 lines to access the menu. In the menu use, choose "Finance."
Under Finance, click on the button "PDF Invoice" to download a PDF of all charges. You can filter the charges that will be shown on the PDF by filtering to a specific pole term under "Season" or you can choose to filter within the last month or last year under "Date Range."
You can view your charges on our app, too.

On the app, click on the "Menu" at the bottom of your app. In the menu, click on charges to view the history of the charges.
