No! We have students from ages 18 to 72 at the studio!

Pole and Aerial is an awesome workout for all ages. Our most common ages are 30 to 45, but if you're outside this range, great! Our awesome instructors (who span the ages of low 20s to low 50s!) are well trained to work with your body at whatever age it comes to the studio and help you develop strength and flexibility in safe manner.
