Flexibility helps with some moves, but most of those moves are the super advanced things that you don't need as a Beginner.

To start, all you need is the willingness to try new things and keep showing up. Truly that is all it takes to be successful at pole and aerial. In time, you will also increase your flexibility doing this sport.

If you want to kick start increasing your flexibility, sign up for Bendy Babe or Aerial Yoga! Both of these classes are designed to help with range of motion and active flexibility. They can be taken as a drop in class or as part of a membership.
