What Class Should I Take First?

We offer two types of trial classes-- Intro to Pole and Intro to Aerial.

Intro to Pole is a 45 minute, one-time class to try Pole before committing to more classes or signing up for Beginner Pole. Learn spins, poses, and transitions with pole!

Intro to Aerial is a 45 minute, one-time class to try Hoop, Hammock, and Silks before committing to more classes or signing up for a membership. Learn mounts and poses on all three apparatus!

Many of our classes are drop-in classes, meaning you can try it at anytime for $25! This includes our Beginner Aerial, Dance, Fitness, and Flexibility classes.
